St. Peter’s Choir, Salesbury

Rupert Keeling

Rupert Keeling

Director of Music

St. Peter’s Choir is a lively group with a strong musical tradition, fine reputation and active social life. We currently have vacancies, particularly for boys and girls from age 7 to 12 years and for tenors and basses, but all who can sing with enjoyment and blend with the choir are welcome.

We sing music dating from mediaeval to modern times, secular as well as sacred, and take part in special candle-lit services and major choral works as well as contemporary and traditional services.

We offer free musical training, personal development and enjoyment. In addition, trebles are paid for each attendance and for weddings.

Choir Practices are usually on Wednesdays, beginning at 7.00pm for trebles and 7.30pm for adults.

Services are usually at 10.30am and 6.30pm on Sundays.
